Conference of the European Forum of the Insurance against
Accidents at Work and Occupational Diseases 2026
The Agricultural Social Insurance Fund (Kasa Rolniczego Ubezpieczenia Społecznego – KRUS) is organising the upcoming conference of the European Forum of the Insurance against Accidents at Work and Occupational Diseases, which will take place in Warsaw from 17 to 19 June 2026.

The event will begin on Wednesday, 17 June, with Working Groups’ meetings at the headquarters of the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund. The Working Groups Legislation, Occupational Diseases, and Digitalisation will meet from 1.00 to 2.30 pm. The Working Groups Communication and Prevention will meet from 3.00 to 4.30 pm. As in previous years, online participation in the WG meetings will be provided.
The conference will take place on Thursday, 18 June, from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm. The Agricultural Social Insurance Fund will announce the exact venue in April. The main theme of the conference in 2026 is “Be Well: Keeping Up Physical and Mental Health”.
The goal of the conference is to present and discuss the well-being at work in the context of accident insurance and occupational diseases from five different angles, such as:
- Aging Populations,
- Artificial Intelligence and Automation,
- Preventive Health and Managing Chronic Conditions,
- Mental Health and Well-being,
- Holistic Health Approaches.
The event will conclude on Friday, June 19, with the Plenary Assembly starting at the headquarters of the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund at 10.00 am.
